In the picture to the side we see the representation of the waveforms according e f(t) of the problem statement. Note that the first portion of f(t) is a step function (illustrated in red color) with an amplitude of 2 volts and is offset to time 1 s.The second portion (illustrated in orange) is also a step function with -3 volts amplitude and offset for 2 s.

The other installments follow the same systematic. Taking into account the displacement of each plot in time and its amplitude, the resulting waveform can be elaborated as illustrated in the lower part of the figure.
